The rental price includes bedsheets, car parking spaces, TV/Internet, electricity, water/waste water and the final cleaning.
Please bring your own hand, bathing and tea towels or use our washing service for a charge of 4 euros per person and change.
Upon request we will provide a weekly change of the bedsheets for a charge of 9 euros per person.
One pet is allowed per apartment. The extra charge is 4 euros per day and animal.
We provide a child’s bed and high chair upon request.
The deposit is 100 euros.
We charge a short-term stay fee of 30 euros for trips of less than five nights. Please provide an advance payment of 50 euros when booking and pay the remaining price two weeks before your arrival at the latest.
The visitor’s tax is to be paid on site:
- Persons aged 18 or older: EUR 1.60 per day
- Persons aged 6 to 17 and persons with reduced mental or physical capability of 100% (as stated in the certificate) and the carer mentioned there: EUR 0.80 per day
- Children aged 5 or younger are exempt from the visitor’s tax
- Commenced days are considered full days (excerpt: Statute of the municipality Neuschönau of 2012)
Handing over the keys:
Keys will be handed over at the information hut of the holiday facility Bäckerwiese
